鳥プロジェクト発足と室蘭支所統合/birds project & branch relocation

新しいプロジェクトがスタートしました。北海道の鳥を映像で紹介する「北海道の鳥」です。あわせて室蘭支所を手稲本所に統合しました。

A new project began. We will show films of wild birds on  "birds in hokkaido". Also we merged Muroran branch to HQ.
